Felice Russell

Bears Teacher


Felice recently moved from California to Tennessee shortly after graduating from Sacramento State University, California. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development, Early Development, and Care and Education  She has been working in the child development field for the past five years and is really excited to be working in the Bears classroom this year! She has a passion for providing students with essential tools that they will carry with them for life. When Felice is not teaching in the classroom you can find her hiking, drinking coffee, or finding new places to eat. She is also a photographer and specializes in children and family lifestyle portraits.

Brenda McCallister

Nursery Teacher


Brenda is originally from Hawaii and has been living in Tennessee since December of 2015. She is certified through the North American Montessori Center.  She has worked for the LS for almost 2 years in the nursery. She has two children that also attend LS; Isaiah is 2.5 years old and Sophia is 1 year old.

Holly Miller

 Teacher


Holly is originally from Cleveland, Ohio but has been in Tennessee for about 6 years now. She has many years of experience with children and has been in a classroom setting for almost 7 years now. Holly is Montessori certified through North American Montessori Center for birth to 3 years. She has been with LS for 5 years and has taught in the Nursery, the Chickadees, and Turtle classrooms during that time. This year she has had the opportunity to travel from room to room and work with kids of all ages at Little Scholars. In her spare time, Holly loves to travel and practice yoga.

Megan Huff

Chickadees Teacher


Megain is going into her second year as a teacher in the Chickadee classroom. She has helped her parents care for 46 foster children over the last six years and is passionate about implementing education at a young age. She is getting married this year and has enjoyed planning for the wedding.

Ashleigh Lemon

Nursery Teacher


Ashleigh is originally from Clarksville, TN. She is currently finishing her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Austin Peay State University. Her journey helping kids started in highschool when she tutored for a local elementary school and babysat as a job. Through this she developed a passion for working with kids and it has only grown. Ashleigh has worked in the nursery at LS for over a year. She firmly believes a good foundation starts from the beginning and loves being part of creating that foundation. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her son, fishing, reading, and sightseeing.

Jennifer Gallager

Frogs Teacher 


Jennifer joined the Little Scholar’s family two years ago after being in public school for many years. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with a concentration in math and science from Dowling College in New York and has been teaching for over 20 years. She teaches the 5 to 8 year olds here. She loves incorporating some traditional teaching methods into the Montessori world. Jennifer is also a certified yoga instructor and loves incorporating her yoga practice into her classroom routine to give the children an opportunity to strengthen their bodies and minds, find mindfulness and calmness from their day, and to learn to take care of all parts of themselves.

Krystal Beaudoin

Bobcats Teacher


Krystal has been a teacher at Little Scholars since we opened our doors 8 years ago. She has taught the upper level Pre-K class as well as the school Kindergarten with great success. She is originally from Boston, Massachusetts but the Army brought her family to Fort Campbell in 1999. Her husband and three children have made Clarksville their home for the last 19 years. Krystal holds a Bachelor of Science from Fisher College in Boston, MA and is a certified Montessorian through the North American Montessori Center. In her spare times she loves to craft and spend time with her family.

Brittney Maddox

Assistant Direct and Wise Owls Teacher


Brittney came to Little Scholars six years ago to continue her love for education after spending ten years in the public school system. She has a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction, and is a North American Montessori Center graduate. Brittney teaches 2nd through 5th grade here. Teaching at Little Scholars has allowed her to foster her theories of teaching to the whole child and every student becoming part of the classroom family. Her family outside of school includes her husband, Justin, and two children, Caleb and Aidan. When not in school, she enjoys hiking, yoga, and traveling around the world.

Quality education and superior care are two of the top priorities at Little Scholars Montessori. Our faculty and staff are hand selected after a rigorous interview process. Each member of our faculty and staff go above and beyond to learn about each child and care for them as their own.

Tiffanie Euman

Turtles Teacher


Tiffanie graduated Austin Peay State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. She also has her TECTA Early Childhood NAMC 3-6 certification. She has worked with children of all ages for 12 years and in the classroom setting for 6 years. She has been the lead teacher in the Turtles classroom since December 2013. Tiffanie loves the environment that the Montessori philosophy provides for children of all ages.

Robyn Shutte

Monkeys Teacher


Robyn is a proud military spouse originally from Eastern Kentucky and has lived in Clarksville for 2.5 years. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Morehead State University and an International Montessori Teaching Diploma. She has been at Little Scholars for two years in the Monkeys’ room. Robyn knew at a young age that she wanted to be a teacher. She loves spending time outdoors, working out, watching football, and traveling!
